AI Vector Generator & Editor App Privacy Policy

This privacy notice covers the Kittl AI Vector Generator & Editor Extension and supplements Kittl's main Privacy Policy at kittl.com/privacy. Both apply in full; this notice describes only what is specific to the QuiverAI integration.

The AI Vector Generator & Editor Extension uses the QuiverAI API to generate vector graphics from a prompt, to change a vector you select, and to redraw an image you select as a vector illustration. It does not connect to a QuiverAI account and never asks you to sign in to QuiverAI; Kittl calls the QuiverAI API with its own key. Kittl is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by QuiverAI, Inc. QuiverAI is a trademark of QuiverAI, Inc.

When you send a request, your prompt and the model you chose are sent to QuiverAI through Kittl's servers, together with, for an edit, the selected vector as an SVG file, and for a redraw or a style reference, the selected or uploaded image. QuiverAI receives this content but not your IP address or your Kittl account details. QuiverAI processes it under its Privacy Policy and may retain request content and use it to improve its models.

Kittl's servers keep your requests so the panel can finish them after you close it and show them again: the prompt, the model, the status and the resulting vector files, for up to 30 days and at most your 40 most recent requests. They are linked to a random identifier stored in your browser, not to your Kittl account, and you can delete any request from the panel at any time. The vector or image you send is deleted from Kittl's servers when the request finishes. To enforce daily limits, Kittl counts requests per IP address per day; these counts are deleted the following day.

When you add a result to a design, it is uploaded to your Kittl workspace and is governed by the imported-content terms in our main Privacy Policy. Kittl records product analytics about how the extension is used, for example the mode and model, whether a request succeeded, how long it took, the length of your prompt and counts describing the vector you sent, as described in the main Privacy Policy; the analytics do not include your prompts, images or results. Kittl does not resell or redistribute your prompts, images or results to any third party other than QuiverAI as described above.
